Practice (15 minutes): Play a game where you say the name of a family member and the children have to stand up if that person is in their family. To make the game more challenging, you can also ask questions like "Who has a brother?" or "Who lives with their grandparents?"
Closure (5 minutes): Review the family members and their names. Then, ask each child to share something about their own family (e.g. "I have a sister" or "My mom is a teacher").
